<h1 style="text-align: center;"> PNQ &#8212; Week #2</h1>
<p><em><strong>15 Typhoon</strong></em> started off as the #18 overall seed in 15 open and went 0-3 on day #1, with losses to Skyline 15 RoShamBo, NCVC Black 15-1 and Victory 15Elite Black. On day #2, Typhoon would go 1-2 with losses to KJ 15 Baden and Catalyst 15s before defeating High Country 16 Steph to finish 3rd in the pool. On day #3, Typhoon was defeated by Cascade 15-1 in 3 sets to finish T19th. Good job Typhoon!</p>
<p><em><strong>16 Thunder</strong></em> started off as the #31 overall seed in 16 open and went 2-1 on day #1, with wins over CVA Colorado 16-1 (15-13 in the 3rd set) and Club Wahine Kolohe 16-1. In its final pool match on day #1, Thunder fell to Rage Red 16-1 in 3 sets to finish 2nd in the pool and move to the top half of the tournament. On day #2, Thunder would go 0-3 with losses to Rancho Valley 16Premi, TxTitans 16 National and NORCO 16 Black. On day #3, Thunder was defeated by WVBA Mizuno 16-1 in 3 sets to finish T23rd. Great job Thunder!</p>
<p><em><strong>17 Storm</strong></em> started off as the #14 overall seed in 17 open and went 1-2 on day #1, with losses against Tejas 17 Rox and Vision Gold 17-1. In its final pool match on day 1, Storm defeated Team Yakima 17 Gold. On day #2, Storm would once again go 1-2, with losses to Delta Valley 17-1 and Catalyst 17s before defeating Great Falls 17 Gold. On day #3, Storm would go undefeated by defeating OJVA 17 Blue in 3 sets before defeating Team Yakima 17 Gold in 2 sets to win flight 3 and finish 19th. Nice job Storm!</p>
<p><em><strong>18 Tsunami</strong></em> started off as the #12 overall seed in 18 club and went 1-1 in its 3-team pool, defeating Apex 18 Alpha and losing to Jamba Tom 18-1, the eventual tournament champion. In its crossover match, Tsunami defeated ZTV 18 Platinum to complete day #1 and move to the top half of the tournament. On day #2, Tsunami would lose to Tejas 18 Rox and Delta Valley 18-1 before defeating Portland 18-2 Gold to finish 3rd in the pool. On day #3, Tsunami would fall to OVA 18-1 Select 22-25, 24-26 in the Silver bracket to finish T15th. Way to go Tsunami!</p>
<h1 style="text-align: center;">FWQ &#8212; Week #1</h1>
<p><em><strong>14 Hurricane</strong></em> started off as the #5 overall seed in 14 club and went 3-0 on day #1, with easy wins over all 3 of its opponents to hold their seed. On day #2, Hurricane started off the pool by defeating Main Beach Gold 14-1 and NorCal Rush White 14-1 before stumbling in its final pool match, losing to Xceleration Blue 14-1, 23-25, 24-26 to force a 3- way tie for 1st. Down to 8 players, Hurricane fought hard but fell in a 1 set tie-breaker to Xceleration, 23-25, to end their hopes for a chance at a bid. On day #3, Hurricane fought hard but came up short against Crushers 14-1, 12-15 in the 3rd set to finish T51st. Nice job Hurricane!</p>
<p><em><strong>15 Typhoon</strong></em> started off as the #22 overall seed in 15 club and went 3-0 on day #1, with wins over Delta Valley 15-1, Marin Jrs Green 15-2 and Slainte Forest 15-2 to hold their seed and move to the top half of the tournament. On day #2, Typhoon would go 1-2 with a win over Pacific Jrs 15-1 before losing to Denver VBC 15-1 in 3 sets and Capital Ice 15-1 to finish 3rd in the pool. On day #3, Typhoon was defeated by City Beach Green 15-2 to finish T35th. Great job Typhoon!</p>
<h1 style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: x-large;">Next Up &#8212; PSR Championships</span></h1>
<p style="text-align: left;">All 4 of SIVBC&#8217;s younger teams will be competing at the regional championships this weekend on Saturday, April 28th, and Sunday, April 29th.  <em><strong>12 Monsoon </strong></em>starts as the #2 overall seed and will begin play at Curtis HS.  <em><strong>13 Cyclone</strong></em> starts as the #7 overall seed and will begin play at Franklin Pierce HS.  <em><strong>14 Inferno</strong></em> starts as the #12 seed and will begin play at Impact Sports Academy.  <em><strong>14 Hurricane</strong></em> starts as the #5 overall seed and will begin play at Curtis JH.  Initial pools can be found <a href="http://psrvb.org/admin/modules/page_editor/uploads/PSR%20REGIONALS%20FIELDS%20AND%20SITE%20LOCATIONS%20U12-U14(1).xls" target="_blank">here</a>.</p>
